The 4 bedroom townhouse is expected to range from 2,800 to 3,500 sq ft. The extra bedroom and larger living areas give growing families room for guests, a study or a home office.
4 bedroom independent villas
At around 4,000 sq ft, the 4 bedroom villa is a standalone home on its own plot, offering more privacy, larger gardens and space for outdoor living.
5 bedroom independent villas
The largest home in the collection, the 5 bedroom villa is expected at around 5,000 sq ft, with expansive living and entertaining space for larger families.
