Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding, is preparing to launch Palm Springs, a master-planned community on Sheikh Zayed Road, right below Palm Jebel Ali. It is planned to include approximately 2,000 to 3,000 villas and townhouses across multiple phases, with 500 to 600+ homes in Phase 1.
